What I Do
From discovery to delivery.
I work across the conversations that bring a client in and the coordination needed once work begins. My experience includes software engagements at Mediusware, consulting at Whiteshell, and US merchant cash advance campaigns at SARS and Teleforce.
Business Development & Sales
At Whiteshell, I developed acquisition and outbound processes and handled prospect qualification, discovery, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing. At Mediusware, I also identify opportunities through client conversations, referrals, and outreach, and help turn requirements into scope discussions and proposals.
Client Success & Account Management
At Mediusware, I stay involved across onboarding, delivery, retention, and account growth. I follow project progress, raise risks, and coordinate responses to client concerns. That work has included helping one-time engagements become recurring relationships.
Client Relationship Management
I serve as a primary contact for Mediusware clients, managing communication, expectations, and concerns. When an issue needs action, I coordinate with the relevant team, follow up, and use internal escalation where needed.
Business Growth & Account Expansion
My Mediusware work includes identifying additional service opportunities within existing accounts. At Whiteshell, I established a CPA firm partnership with the aim of broadening the service offering. These are two parts of my experience with account growth and business partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Lead Conversion
At Teleforce, I coached agents on qualification, objection handling, and follow-up techniques. At SARS, I qualified prospective merchants and referred eligible leads to funding partners. At Whiteshell, I worked on market research, pricing, positioning, and outbound processes.
Cross-functional Team Coordination
At Mediusware, I coordinate client requirements with project deliverables, track timelines and blockers, and bring concerns to the people who can act on them. The work covers both the initial scope discussions and the follow-ups needed during delivery.
